The source uses semicolons, repeats the Name header, leaves one header empty, and contains a duplicate data row.
Output
The normalized file renames only the ambiguous headers. The issue report identifies all three problems with row numbers.
No row is silently deleted. The duplicate remains in the normalized file because deleting a record can change business meaning. A paid cleanup removes or merges rows only when that rule is agreed in advance.
