License & delivery terms.

Tiers

Personal: 75,000 sats for one user.

Team: 300,000 sats for up to ten users in one legal organization. User and organization names are not required.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, and limited to internal use by the selected tier. Licensed users may use outputs commercially when they have the rights required for the inputs and intended use. The bundle, component software and templates, and modified copies may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly hosted, shared outside the licensed users and organization, or offered as a competing product or service.

Each component retains its own functional limits, rights requirements, disclaimers, and support terms. The bundle order controls only the bundle price and user count where an embedded component license states its standalone price.

Delivery & privacy

After verified payment, delivery is through a buyer-only GitHub repository within one business day. Only a GitHub username and tier are requested.

Do not provide a real name, email, address, phone number, organization name, source file, customer or production data, private repository URL, credential, secret, key, seed phrase, payment proof, or other personal information.

Defects & limits

For a reproducible download or execution defect reported in the buyer-only delivery repository within seven calendar days, the seller may repair or replace the affected component. Use a synthetic reproduction and do not attach real business data. If the defect cannot reasonably be resolved, the payment is returned through the original seller and payment channel or to a compatible Lightning invoice supplied privately by the buyer.

The bundle is provided as-is. It is not legal, tax, accounting, security, privacy, contract, certification, marketplace, deployment, or platform advice and does not guarantee approval, acceptance, payment, safety, compliance, or any business outcome. Mandatory consumer-protection rules override conflicting terms.
