Product and license
Buyers may use their output commercially.
DetailCut is independent software for splitting images you have the right to use. Personal costs 15,000 sats and licenses one user. Team costs 100,000 sats and licenses up to 10 named users in one legal organization. Both tiers receive the same completed Pro ZIP and differ only in license scope. Buyers may use output for commercial purposes, including product listings.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified Pro program. You may not use it to infringe another party's image, trademark, copyright, or other rights. You are responsible for confirming the rights needed for every input and published output.
Function and limits
Automatic boundaries do not replace review.
The tool searches near each target height for a row with relatively less visual change and creates contiguous slices without gaps or overlap. It does not understand image meaning or guarantee marketplace approval. Very large files may fail because of browser, device-memory, or Canvas limits. Review every boundary before publishing.
Support and refunds
We address reproducible download and execution problems.
If a download or execution problem can be reproduced within seven days of purchase, report it in the buyer-only private repository. If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, the paid sats are returned to a compatible Lightning invoice supplied by the buyer. Do not post source images, order information, email addresses, or payment proof in a public issue.
Mandatory consumer-protection rules and the payment provider's buyer terms take priority over this notice. A preference for a different automatic boundary or rejection by a third-party marketplace is not guaranteed to be a product defect.
Privacy
The free tool has no upload or analytics path.
The free tool does not send or store images, filenames, or settings on a server. It has no first-party analytics, cookies, or account system. Pro order-request issues are public, so do not include personal data, images, order data, payment proof, or private links. A request is not payment.
After confirming availability and terms in the public issue, the seller supplies an issue-bound, single-use Lightning invoice matching the selected tier and valid for 30 minutes. The buyer pays only after accepting the written terms. The returned status endpoint lets the seller verify settlement without public payment proof. Within one business day of verified payment, the issue author's GitHub account is invited to a buyer-only private repository containing the licensed ZIP and its SHA-256 checksum. The Lightning network and Stacker News apply their own terms and privacy practices.
